Samsung Electronics has started selling two new tablets in the Galaxy Tab 4 series in the Indian market.
The company had unveiled the two devices in April.
While the 8-inch Galaxy Tab 4 is priced at Rs 23,490, the 10.1-inch Tab 4 is retailing for Rs 29,750.
The Galaxy Tab 4 comes with HD display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. The tablets are powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1.5GB of RAM, and run on Android 4.4 operating system.
Other features include 3G, Wi-Fi, 16GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, a 3MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera.
The eight-inch device packs in a 4,450 mAh battery while the 10.1-inch tablet has a 6,200 mAh battery. The former weighs 323 grams while the later weighs 495 grams. However, both are 7.9mm thin.
The tablets are available on e-commerce site Flipkart and will be available in the market in coming days.
