Now that I have Wello, can I skip doctor visits?
NOOOO. It is designed to support your doctor not replace them.
How can I help my parents use this? They are not gadget savvy!
Wello is so easy to use. You just turn it on, hold it and you're pretty much done. Besides you can also access the readings remotely and keep a tab on the health of your loved ones.
What if it falls?

How does the referral program work? I heard I get $10 if a friend buys this? Nooo way.

Which smartphones is Wello compatible with?
Wello is compatible with all iPhones 4s/5/5s and Android 4.3 & above phones with Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy. It is available as a case for the iPhone and as a standalone unit for use with all other supported phones.
Which other devices support the Wello app?
Fitbit, for starters. Though we will continue to add more devices (subscribe to us and we'll keep you posted without you having to keep checking back).
Can one Wello be used by many people?
Yes, however at the moment this option is not available in every country.
Are my readings and data secure with Wello?
Your health is a very personal matter. And we go to great lengths to keep it that way. For starters, all the data coming to our servers is encrypted. Plus the data is anonymously stored so that your identity is never linked to any data on our servers. In a nutshell, you own all your data.
Is Wello FDA approved?
No. Wello is not yet an FDA approved device. If you are ordering in the United States, we will ship the product to you once we have received approval from the FDA.
Do I REALLY need to visit my doctor now that I have Wello?
Please use but do not abuse Wello. It is a tool that arms you with better information. It will record, display, and store your health data, it does not diagnose a condition or prescribe treatment or medication. Please be responsible and do see your doctor as you normally would.
Can I use Wello if I change my smartphone?
Yes. See, we really did think of everything. Refer to the instructions that come with your Wello.
How often do I need to charge Wello?
Depends on usage, though on an average you'd probably have to charge it once in 2 months, if you use it daily. You are welcome.
What colors does Wello come in?
Hellooo! It looks after your heart, does it really matter what color it comes in? Oh well. At the moment it comes in a slick matte black. Please subscribe to us and we will keep you posted as and when we have more colors available.
Which countries do you ship to?
USA, Canada, UK, EU countries, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
How come you haven’t asked for my shipping information?
Don’t worry, we didn't forget. We will collect it closer to the shipping date. In USA it will ship in Fall 2014 and in most other countries it will ship in Summer of 2014.
How can I change my order?
