A) No. You can use the existing camera and editing tools even without logging in.

A) You can retouch the photos that your friends have shared with you in an album using the basic Cymera retouching functions as well as Season2’s new retouching functions, Face-pop, and Meme, that you can use to photoplay with your friends.
