Home grown smartphone maker, Celkon has launched budget handsets dubbed as Millennium Power Q3000 and Elite Q470Q in India.
The Celkon Millennium power Q3000 is an entry-level phone and features 5.0-inch TFT FWVGA (854x480p) screen and runs on the Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core processor. It also features Mali 400MP graphics engine, 1GB RAM and 4GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB) and packs a 3000 mAh (Li-Ion) cell, which can give backup close to 12 hours of talk time (3G), its major USP.
On the other hand, Elite Q470 is a mid-range phone, which boasts of 4.7-inch HD (720x1280p) screen with OGS (One Glass Solution) technology and also ships with the Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS out-of-the-box.
Under the hood, it houses 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory and 1800 mAh battery. On connectivity front, it features 3G network support, dual-SIM slots, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE and micro-USB port.
Celkon Millennium Power Q3000 and Elite Q470 are priced – ₹8,999 and ₹11,999 respectively. While the former will be released to the market on 21 July, the latter model has been made available starting Wednesday, reported NDTV Gadgets.
