ADD AN APP
- Click on the Chrome Web Store
- Pick a collection or search for an app
- Find an app and click on the + button.
- Look for your new app in the launcher.
CHAT FACE-TO-FACE
- Click on Hangouts Call.
- Add friends to start the video chat.
- Chat with up to 9 people.
- Try sharing your screen, or liven things up with Google effects
RETOUCH A PHOTO OR VIDEO
- Click on the Chrome Web Store.
- Pick a photo editing app like Google+ Photos or Pixlr.
- Edit away until it’s pixel perfect.
- Try editing a video too—use the WeVideo app.
WRITE A DOCUMENT
- Click on Google Docs
- Start writing. If you want, you can share your doc too.
- To find your doc again, click on Google Drive in the launcher
PRINT YOUR STUFF
- Visit g.co/cloudprint
- Find a Cloud Ready printer, or learn how to set up your current printer.
- Press ctrl+P from your Chromebook and select your printer.
EDIT A WORD OR EXCEL FILE
- Download and save your Word or Excel file.
- Click on Files app and double-click on your file
- Make your edits and save changes
- Your file will be saved in the Files app.
WORK OFFLINE
- Click to open Offline Gmail or Google Drive
- Give your email some time to sync
- When you’re offline, keep reading emails and writing doc.
- Find other offline apps in the Chrome Web Store.
